Who are we, anyway???

We're two guys from Jersey.  Seriously. 

Both born and raised in the 'burbs of New Jersey, Greg and Barry have been friends for over 20 years.  In college they would play music together for hours (when they should have been studying).  The Grateful Dead, Neil Young, The Band, among so many others, were their constant companions.  With their friends Vilius and Steve they formed their first band together, Second Wind.  After college, they played in the electric three piece band, The Old Noggen, with Greg on guitar, Barry on bass and John on drums.  Barry began songwriting sometime after then.  Over the years, they made their way separately to the Bay State where they reignited their passion for music.  Greg began songwriting upon moving to the Commonwealth.  As The Thin Disguise, they played with Jason on bass.  More recently, they played with Andria as the Wayside Walkers at Sweet 'n Crafty in Mansfield, MA.

Over the past couple years, Greg and Barry have played at Perks in Norwood, the Southern Mass Arts Festival and the Olive Branch Coffeehouse, both in Mansfield.

Greg and Barry continue their songwriting and you can hear some of their original songs on this website.  They'll be out and about at open mics during the winter of '08/'09.  Stay tuned to our website as we continue to line up gigs for the coming year.
